You can make it this way:

Aplicaciones → Accesorios → Terminal

In terminal you could write:

sudo su

Put your pass. Now you are the root. You are ready to modify system files from terminal. Write this:

gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Modify your sources.list to be like the one above. Then:

wget http://www.viewizard.com/linux/viewizard-gpg.asc
---

to download the KEY for the REPOSITOY Viewizard Games, and

apt-key add viewizard-gpg.asc

to install it.

The same for MEDIBUNTU:

You can CLOSE the TERMINAL.
